Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the QuayStack website (https://quaystack.co.uk) and any services provided by QuayStack. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

QuayStack provides website design and development, Google Business Profile setup, Google Ads management, CRM systems, B2B outreach, graphic design and related digital growth services. The specific scope of each project is agreed before work begins.

Quotes and pricing

All prices are quoted in GBP. Website projects are quoted as a fixed project fee. CRM and growth systems have an initial setup cost plus a monthly retainer. All pricing is explained and agreed before work begins. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed on a per-project basis. For website projects, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due on completion and approval. For CRM and growth systems, monthly retainers are invoiced monthly in advance.

Website hosting

Once a website is completed and approved, the only required ongoing cost is yearly hosting from £100 per year. This may increase depending on website size, speed requirements, traffic, storage or third-party hosting costs. Any changes to hosting costs will be explained before they apply.

Revisions

Website projects include 2 rounds of revisions as standard. Additional revisions or changes after the project is approved and live are charged separately at a fair and reasonable rate.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the client owns the website design and content created for their project. QuayStack retains the right to showcase completed work in case studies and portfolio materials unless otherwise agreed.

Third-party tools and costs

Some services may require third-party tools, accounts or subscriptions (domains, hosting, Google Workspace, API keys, email tools). These costs are separate from QuayStack fees and are explained clearly before you agree. Where metered tools are used (AI APIs, data services), a fair usage allowance is included in the monthly retainer.

Limitation of liability

QuayStack will take reasonable care in delivering services but does not guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings, enquiry volumes or revenue increases. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Cancellation

Either party may end an ongoing service agreement with 30 days written notice. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced and is payable. Website projects already in progress are subject to the deposit and work-completed terms.
